The UCLP Community Edition is a software appliance that bundles UCLP, an administrative interface to manage the UCLP services, and all required software together with the operating system (linux) to make a single platform that is easy to install and has UCLP pre-configured and ready to go.

We have made some modifications to the services implementation for this release to create a more scalable and stable system. The most noteworthy of these modifications is the move to use Globus Toolkit 4 for all of the web services, replacing BPEL workflows and vanilla Axis web services.

This is the final release of UCLP Community Edition. All future development efforts are being put towards Argia^tm - the commercial version of UCLP.
